Rain Damage Commercial Property in downtown San Diego

When the rains hit San Diego in December 2018, it was like an apocalypse!  Many building owners and residents weren't prepared for the damage that the storm wreaked, including this hotel in downtown San Diego which suffered from a severe water backup.

We got the call because we were listed as a preferred vendor on their insurance carrier's website, and our crew was on-site within 45 minutes of receiving the call from the building manager.

We extracted water, placed equipment, and got a plan together with the building manager for best practices of work moving forward. Ultimately we did have to move forward with doing demolition, as storm water is category 3.
