HOA Condo Water Damage in Little Italy

Due to San Diego's dense population, condos are a very popular option here throughout downtown San Diego and uptown San Diego.

We get 4-5 calls a week from condo owners or tenants reporting water damage, either as a result from something going on in their unit, or as a result of a neighborhoring or upstairs unit.

This call came from a tenant who reported a washing machine leak. In the first photo you'll see wet, saturated carpet, but what you don't see is wet, saturated drywall, baseboard and insulation as well.

Our team was onsite within 45 minutes of receiving the after-hours call, extraction water and setting up specialty drying equipment. Thankfully the scope of this job was fairly small, so not too much demo had to be done, and the tenant wasn't displaced as a result of the flood.
