Apartment Fire in Point Loma/Midway District San Diego

The job came to SERVPRO of Centre City/Uptown via referral of the apartment complex's insurance broker.

An electrical fire involving the television caused significant damage to the structure and contents of the unit, but thankfully no one was injured and the damage was contained to just the one unit.

Our team came in and not only performed a specialty smoke and soot cleaning, along with deodorization, but had to perform some demolition of the unit where water destroyed materials from the fire being extinguished.
